– The MLH App offers a free plan with basic features available to all users. This plan is designed for individual users and small teams who want to explore and experience the essential functionalities of the app without having discounts and booking services.
2. Subscription Plans
– MLH App offers two subscription plans, one for individuals the other for business entities, each with varying features and pricing options.
– Users can choose the annual subscription plan based on their preferences and requirements.
3. Pricing Tiers
– MLH App offers different pricing tiers to cater to a diverse range of users. Each tier unlocks additional features and benefits.
– Tiers may include but are not limited to: Basic, Premium and Enterprise.
4. Billing and Payments
– Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, which is annually, and depending on the selected plan.
– Users are required to provide accurate billing information and payments will be automatically processed using the provided payment method.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
– Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
– Users will be charged or credited the prorated amount for the changes made mid-billing cycle.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
– Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
– MLH App reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason at any time.
